Together, we belong to something beautiful.As part of the HR Department, HRBP Retail Team — managing a scope of approximately 140 stores distributed across 9 areas with the direct coordination of 6 HRBPs — you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions: According to HR Director and all the Area Managers participates to the National Committee to define the strategy of annual budget of payroll and people in store Identify talent needs, risks, and gaps; create and oversee execution of a plan to address using talent management tools and resourcesFacilitate,
execute and/or participate in Talent Reviews/Succession Planning roundtables for business partners, leading the entire process across the business unit/function as requiredAccording to HR Director and all the Area Managers participates to the National Committee to define the strategy of annual budget of payroll and people in storeTranslate business unit strategy and create short and mid-term business unit specific HR initiatives in support of the business strategy for assigned clients.Support the Area Managers in defining a people strategy within the area coherent with the vision of the company Define recruitment needs in cooperation with the Area Manager and sets the proper strategy Monitor "climate" on the network (identify any potential environment issue, guaranteeing maintenance of consistency and fairness within different areas)Lead the communication flows between Area Managers, Stores and the HR DepartmentSupervises the respect of the existin
