OverviewPosition SummaryReporting to the Commercial Process Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that internal corporate rules(financial, legal, compliance, HR, etc.) are complied with by the commercial processes and for checking thevalidity and conformity of commercial contracts.Job Responsibilities:- Commercial Contract Management: Manage and update commercial contracts in SAP and related systems, including creation, revisions, amendments, renewals, and data maintenance. Identify and resolve inconsistencies. -- Process Execution & Improvement: Apply and support implementation of SOPs and commercial processes. Contribute to process improvements, including contract handling, billing plans, and system workflows (SAP,



CPQ). -- Reporting & Data Support: Prepare and maintain operational reports (contracts, instruments, pricing data).
