Your Role & Impact As Assistant Store Manager , you play a key role in driving store performance by supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations and execution of retail standards. You help create a high-performing, consumer-focused environment by leading the team on the shop floor, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering a premium adidas experience. You act as a role model, motivating and developing your team while contributing to a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities Support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including sales, customer service, replenishment, inventory, and compliance Lead by example on the sales floor, ensuring a premium consumer experience and strong service culture Motivate, coach,



and develop team members to achieve store targets and grow their capabilities Drive execution of store processes and standards to ensure smooth and efficient operations Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new hires Monitor and analyse store KPIs, identifying opportunities to improve performance and profitability Ensure Visual Merchandising standards are maintained in line with brand guidelines Handle challenging interpersonal situations professionally and support a positive team environment Take ownership of specific store responsibilities and lead initiatives in line with business needs Step in for the Store Manager when required What We Are Looking For In You Minimum 18 months of experience in a retail environment (sports/fashion preferred), including supervisory responsibility or experience as Assistant Store Manager Strong team leadership and coaching skills Solid understanding of retail operations and store processes Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret KPIs and drive performance Good knowledge of Visual Merchandising principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Good knowledge of MS Office English proficiency (minimum B2 level) What We Offer Salary starting from €34.000 CCNL Commercio – Level 2 Meal vouchers Variable premio Welfare and corporate benefits program Employee Assistance Program and accident insurance Employee discounts Access to our learning platform and development opportunities Fixed term contract THROUGH SPORT, WE HAVE THE POWER TO CHANGE LIVES adidas celebrates diversity, supports inclusiveness and encourages individual expression in our workplace.
