Job Description MSX is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Experience Specialist (French AND Spanish Speaking) to join our team in Rome. Responsibilities * Answer customer inquiries via ticket system or phone calls. * Ensure customer satisfaction and manage follow‐ups. * Apply procedures in compliance with the company's standards and policies. Qualifications * Computer literacy, especially MS Office. * Fluent in English, French, and Spanish. * Previous experience in customer contact is a plus.
* Great problem‐solving and communication skills. * Experience planning complex schedules of activities.
