Junior Risk Manager

Generali Italia is looking for a talented Junior Risk Manager to join the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) team.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a dynamic and highly strategic environment, contributing to the assessment and monitoring of the company's risk profile and capital adequacy.
You will work closely with different Risk Management workstreams and key stakeholders across the organization, supporting the continuous evolution of risk methodologies and processes.
Key responsibilities
- Support the assessment and calculation of capital requirements (e.g. Solvency II framework), in close collaboration with other Risk Management teams
- Contribute to the analysis and monitoring of risk metrics, ensuring consistency and accuracy of outputs
- Support the preparation of documentation and reporting related to capital requirements,



for both internal and regulatory purposes
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of risk methodologies
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of risk models, processes and tools
- Support the team in ad‑hoc analyses and deep dives on risk‑related topics

Requirements
Must have:
- Degree or in the process of graduating in statistical or mathematical disciplines
- Knowledge of the Solvency II regulatory context
- Excellent knowledge of the Office package
- Good knowledge of the English language

Nice to have:
- Programming and database management skills (e.g. R, Matlab)
