Primary Purpose: Brand Ambassadors bring Tapestry’s iconic brands to life in department stores by championing our values, supporting key business goals and delivering exceptional customer service.
We're hiring a Brand Ambassador for Rinascente Firenze. In this role, you’ll report to the Senior Regional Brand Ambassador and partner closely with Tapestry teams, store leadership, and shopfloor colleagues to drive brand visibility, growth, and overall performance.

this is a tempo parziale (24 hours per week) 12-month fixed-term contract.
The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in Retail Customer Service to:
- Deliver a seamless, elevated customer service experience by leveraging brand training, tools, and resources to uphold exceptional service standards
- Proactively develop clienteling strategies and in-store event ideas, and support and co-host activations that drive engagement and sales
- Build strong partnerships with local retail teams to gain insights into customer profiles and emerging opportunities. Attend brand events to deepen market knowledge and align with key business priorities
- Track and analyse store performance against targets and present actionable plans to the Senior Regional Brand Ambassador when needed. Regularly monitor trade results to ensure alignment with expectations
