Experteer Overview You join Siemens as a Contract Manager to support proposal, sales, and project teams by identifying contractual risks and guiding mitigation. You will help execute contracts, monitor obligations, and manage claims within Italian law. Your work connects legal, commercial, and project functions to protect value and enable successful negotiations. This role offers impact across large-scale projects, with a focus on clear contractual analysis and proactive risk management. and claims to sales/proposal and project teams Handle daily commercial and contractual issues Support contract negotiations from a contractual/legal perspective Mitigate risks during negotiation and execution phases Review client and supplier/subcontractor communications and draft official letters Prepare variation orders, change requests, and claims with strategy development Manage pre-litigation dispute resolution and draft settlement agreements Responsabilità Degree in Law At least 3 years' post-qualification experience Understanding of contract risks and their legal/financial consequences Excellent knowledge of Italian Civil Law Knowledge of general contractual standards Independent judgment in resolving contract claim issues Proficiency in Italian and English Eligibility to work in Italy Requisiti fondamentali flexible hybrid working model wellbeing ecosystem parenthood support health reimbursement programs psychological support services continuous learning opportunities #J-18808-Ljbffr
