Experteer Overview In this role, you serve as the primary legal contact for the Italian business, partnering with the Management Team to navigate commercial, HR, privacy, and compliance matters within a fast‐paced digital marketplace. You will align local Italian processes with the Global Legal function and drive practical, contract‐based solutions across cross‐functional teams. This is a unique opportunity to own legal operations, shape new digital offerings, and support growth in an international context. Retribuzione / Benefits Be the first point of contact for all Italian legal matters across Sales, Marketing, Product, Procurement, and IT Draft, review, and update contracts in Italian and English (partnership, content, marketing, IT, service, agency, and consultancy agreements)



Act as strategic legal partner for launching and developing new digital products/services Coordinate with the Global Legal Department in Munich to ensure alignment with group standards Improve legal processes with internal and external stakeholders (law firms, authorities, partners) Support GDPR and regulatory compliance topics Assist in bad debt recovery from a legal perspective Responsabilità 3-5 years of experience in law firm or in‐house environment Focus on contract law, commercial law, and digital business models Fluent in Italian and English; German a plus Independent, structured, precise, with strong communication and business‐minded approach Creative, solution‐driven mindset for new business models #J-18808-Ljbffr
