Serve as the face of Sonder, creating a memorable first impression for guests, visitors, and partners from the front desk.
Communicate with guests in‑person and via digital communication systems to anticipate and address their needs, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable stay.
Collaborate with front desk staff and remote service teams to handle all guest interactions with the highest level of professionalism.
Prioritize and delegate tasks to complete front desk operations and act as a point of contact for escalated situations when a manager is unavailable.
Assist with training and mentorship of Front Desk Hospitality Agents.
Support back‑of‑house activities such as housekeeping quality audits, inventory checks, and minor maintenance and technology issues.
Perform administrative tasks to keep operations running smoothly and contribute to continuous improvement in the guest experience.
Demonstrated experience in hotels, restaurants, or customer‑facing hospitality or service roles.
Experience using customer communication software such as Salesforce.
comfortable speaking with guests in‑person and online.
Strong computer literacy and writing skills, comfortable switching between multiple desktop and mobile applications.
Flexible schedule; open to evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Proficiency in languages other than English is an asset.
Regular access to a reliable smartphone and reliable transportation for daily travel between properties.
