What will be your mission?
Anantara Convento di Amalfi is seeking a Reception Hostess to join the Front Office team, playing a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience in line with the highest standards of luxury hospitality.
What will you do?
Provide a warm, professional, and personalized welcome to all guests upon arrival

Support Front Desk operations, working closely with the Reception and Concierge teams
Manage guest flow within the lobby and public areas with discretion and efficiency
Ensure the reception area reflects the hotel's luxury image at all times
Assist guests with general information regarding hotel services and facilities
Handle guest requests with attention to detail, courtesy, and professionalism
What are we looking for?
Previous experience in a similar role within luxury hotels or high-end hospitality environments is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong guest-oriented mindset
Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of a second foreign language is considered an advantage
Impeccable personal presentation and professional demeanor
Flexibility, reliability, and a strong team spirit
