Join our worldwide Benefits group and help build how Aon harnesses information and insights to drive better outcomes for multinational clients across EMEA. This is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from your local Aon office. We are looking to hire this role in one of these areas: the Netherlands, Spain, France, the Nordic countries, Belgium or Italy. Travel across the EMEA region is a regular part of the role. What The Day Will Look Like You are the bridge between Aon's data and analytics capabilities, our Global Benefits consultants and our clients.



Your mission is to make our analytics tools and insights usable, valuable, and visible in real conversations. This applies to a client boardroom in Paris, a training workshop in Stockholm, or a finalist sales meeting in Amsterdam. This is an advisory role, not a technical or coding position. You interpret data to provide business advice; you don't build the dashboards yourself. Located In One Of Our Offices Across The Netherlands, Spain, France, The Nordics, Belgium Or Italy, You'll Operate Across The Full EMEA Region Enable colleagues across EMEA. Travel to local offices to run workshops, deliver roadshow‐style training sessions and mentor consultants one‐on‐one on how to use Aon's D&A; tools and turn analytics outputs into compelling client recommendations.
