Your responsibilities include:
- You enter and manage customer data and commercial agreements negotiated by our Sales team in the system.
- You create and maintain documentation related to customer agreements and commercial terms.
- You record, update, and monitor invoiced and non-invoiced commercial conditions (e.g. bonuses and rebates).
- You support the administration and monitoring of premio and incentive agreements.




- You act as the main point of contact for the Sales team.
- You handle customer inquiries accurately and professionally.

Your profile:
- Experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of SAP is considered a strong advantage.
- Good command of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
- Experience in the wholesale sector is an advantage.
- Good German and Italian language skills.
- A structured, reliable and detail-oriented way of working.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of an established, collaborative team.
