Role Expanding international presence You are responsible for achieving profitable growth with both existing and new customers,



while gradually expanding into new territories Your initial focus is on Southern Europe, France, and North Africa; once growth is established you will progressively expand into Eastern Europe, APAC, and other high-potential markets. Define and implement the commercial strategy for your markets, including pricing, forecasting, and budgeting, in close alignment with management. You build and develop a strong network of dealers, distributors, growers, and agents, creating long-term partnerships that support sustainable growth. Act as a trusted advisor, organizing field trials and customer visits to demonstrate product performance. Help growers navigate variety selection to find the best match for their soil and climate needs.
