Experteer Italy is looking for a skilled individual to design and deliver core sales training across Europe. This role requires over 10 years of field sales experience, ideally in a leadership position, and a commitment to developing training programs that enhance business performance.
The candidate will support onboarding and curate a training calendar while working closely with the Global Water division to ensure consistent and impactful learning experiences. Travel may be required about 25% of the time.
