The Role
We're looking for an Enterprise Account Director to join our Enterprise Sales team in Italy. You'll own MotorK's most important customer relationships - working with Europe's premium automotive manufacturers and OEMs at C-suite level. Part strategic sales leader, part trusted advisor,



you'll shape how the world's most iconic automotive brands adopt and scale AI-powered technology. You'll bring the deals, grow the accounts, and make customers wonder how they ever managed without us.
What You'll Do
Own a portfolio of premium European OEM and enterprise accounts, driving revenue growth and long-term retention
Build and execute account plans and sales strategies that accelerate adoption of MotorK's SparK Platform
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles — from proposal and bid management through to contract and close
Build high-trust relationships with CxOs and key decision-makers, and create executive-level access for MotorK leadership
Use AI tools in your own workflow and champion AI adoption within your accounts — helping customers see not just what the platform does today, but where it takes them tomorrow
Keep a sharp, well-managed pipeline via CRM with accurate forecasting at every st
