Experteer Overview You will support the installation, start-up and operation of automated production systems at a new manufacturing site, ensuring health, safety and environmental standards. You collaborate within a global organization focused on quality and continuous improvement, contributing to risk management and compliance. This role offers the chance to drive safety performance and lean improvements in a food factory setting. You will work with cross‐functional teams to embed HSE into planning and operations. Retribuzione / Benefits Ensure compliance with local legislation and Nestlé HSE standards in planning and reviews Implement effective risk management procedures per RSPP Monitor site controls for employees,
contractors and visitors and manage relevant risks Maintain high standards of health and hygiene and arrange emergency medical response Establish safe working practices for high-frequency risks and high-hazard tasks Deliver high-quality HSE support including exposure monitoring, health promotion, and surveillance Participate in key meetings and reviews Support LEAN initiatives and drive continuous improvement in Safety/Health/Environmental Sustainability Communicate effectively with different organizational levels Responsabilità 4–5 years of experience in a similar role Experience in manufacturing sector mandatory; food factory a plus Knowledge of safety legislation (d. Lgs 81/08) Analytical and problem‐solving skills Proficient in Italian and English Experience as Assistant of RSPP preferred Engineering background preferred University degree in technical studies #J-18808-Ljbffr
