Ready to change the world of law? Your key responsibilities Own pipeline creation for your segment: targets for meetings held, SQLs, qualified pipeline €, coverage, and conversion rates. Lead, coach, and develop BDRs : weekly 1:1s, call coaching, deal/account coaching, skill diagnostics, performance plans; raise the bar on quality, not just activity. Build a repeatable outbound system : ICP refinement, messaging frameworks, multi-threading plays, account plans, sequencing (email/phone/Linked In), objection handling, and "next step" discipline. Operational excellence : forecasting for pipeline generation, dashboarding, QA of CRM hygiene, and tight feedback loops with AEs on lead quality and disposition. Hiring and onboarding : source/interview BDR talent; structured onboarding plan; ramp to productivity with clear milestones. Cross-functional alignment : translate market feedback into product/marketing inputs; coordinate campaigns and account-based initiatives; create a
