What You Can Expect
The Customer Service Credit Specialist manages activities related to the payments from all our customers, in particular:
- Monitoring the payments flow
- Managing bank account change & SEPA mandate
- Performing the Cash Collection activity
- Releasing of Credit notes
- In compliance with internal policies, managing limit exceeding and executing customers block
- Performing the Economic and financial evaluation for medium and large Prospects
- Monitoring Rating deterioration of customers
- Economic and financial data maintenance
- Monitoring of the fraud process
What Makes You Stand Out
- Bachelor’s degree
- Previous customer service experience in a commercial service company (at least 2 years)
- Familiar with payment monitoring and cash collection
- Familiar with MS office and MS Dynamics
- Good knowledge of the English language (B1 level)
- Excellent communicative skills
- Strong customer orientation
- Proactivity and high attention to details
- Good team player
