Haier Europe is seeking a Service Controller to monitor and optimize service operations, drive cost control, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
You will analyze KPIs, support budgeting and forecasting, prepare regular reports, collaborate with field service teams and external partners, and ensure data accuracy.
Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in business/economics/engineering, 3+ years in controlling or service operations, and fluency in Italian and English.
