Sirca s.p.a., established in 1973, is a leading global manufacturer of paints and resins. We are looking for a Process Engineer / Lean Specialist to join our Operations department. Responsibilities Analyze and optimize workflows to reduce downtime, inefficiencies and production costs. Analyze work cycles, capture times and evaluate production methods, proposing improvement actions to increase productivity. Standardize processes to improve product quality and reduce defect probability. Manage and coordinate continuous improvement projects using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Ensure the long‐term sustainability of implemented improvements. Contribute to the adoption of new technologies and methodologies to keep the company competitive. Actively participate in the strategic digitalization project of operational flows, introducing MES software. Define,



report and analyze key production and logistics KPIs. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in similar roles within dynamic industrial settings. Master's degree in industrial or management engineering. Preferred specialty course in Lean Manufacturing or Lean Six Sigma. Team‐work orientation.
