In this role, you will lead delivery engagements, leveraging your expertise to design and implement Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions. You will contribute across all project phases using Agile methodologies, ensuring high-quality delivery.
Your responsibilities include Business Process Analysis, solution architecture, and liaising between clients and technology teams. You will work autonomously while providing guidance to project teams.
