Overview In this role you drive accurate, timely managerial reporting through SAP S/4 HANA controlling, covering actual costing and planning cycles. You work across Finance teams and BPO partners to ensure data quality and alignment between SAP and reporting layers. You'll help optimize Product Costing, Material Ledger, and COGS processes while supporting system enhancements and cross-functional reporting. This position offers impact on consolidation, cost dynamics, and process standardization within a global consumer goods leader. Responsibilities Coordinate monthly Material Ledger runs in SAP S/4 HANA and apply consistent actual costing across entities Manage Product Costing for budget, revised budget, and forecast scenarios under parallel currency/group valuation Analyze results across BW and BPC11; support planning/actual allocations in S/4 HANA, BPC11 Drive consolidation system improvements (BPC, S/4 HANA, BW, SAC)



for efficient controlling Collaborate with Local/Regional Finance and Group FP&A; to validate and report managerial data Coordinate with the BPO delivery center to ensure data quality and timely deliverables Resolve SAP-system issues with IT and SAP support teams Implement data validation, reconciliation checks, and variance analyses to ensure data integrity Maintain SOPs and control frameworks Act as operational contact for controlling topics with stakeholders and support monthly closings and planning reviews Drive continuous improvement in Product Costing, Material Ledger, and COGS processes Support S/4 HANA evolution initiatives and integration with planning/reporting tools Contribute to Finance initiatives like new Legal Entity setup, M&A; integration, and process standardization Qualifications 5–6 years of experience in S4 controlling with FP&A; exposure Strong experience with SAP S/4 HANA (On-premise & Public Cloud) focusing on Material Ledger, Product Costing, CO-PA, cost allocation, and production integration Experience with managerial consolida
