Retribuzione / Benefits Legal due diligence activities
Drafting contracts related to acquisition transactions (company and share deals) and supporting negotiations
Legal assistance in extraordinary transactions and preparation of corporate documentation (mergers, demergers, contributions, reorganizations)
Preparation of opinions and notes on corporate and commercial matters
Doctrinal and case law research activities
Responsabilità At least 3 years experience in a leading firms or Legal consulting
Master's degree in Law with grade higher than 105/110
Excellent knowledge of the English language
Excellent knowledge of the Office package
Excellent interpersonal and team working skills
