As Marketing Director in Sephora Italy, you lead the marketing function to grow traffic, brand awareness, and customer loyalty within a fast‐paced, inclusive beauty community. You shape integrated marketing plans across COMM, PR, EVENTS, and CRM, aligning with Sephora's mission to inspire and include. You manage partnerships, co‐branded campaigns, and large‐scale activations, while optimizing ROI and budget allocation. You will work with cross‐functional teams to deliver impactful, differentiated experiences that resonate with local markets.

- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategy to grow market share and brand awareness across COMM, PR & EVENTS
- Plan and execute full‐funnel media and advertising strategies for Sephora and partner campaigns
- Create and implement social media strategies for Sephora Italy across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube
- Lead PR and digital PR to maintain relevance in the Italian market




- Coordinate influencer collaborations to preserve authentic voice and maximize reach
- Develop and publish original content across platforms
- Plan sponsorships, branded events, and large‐scale consumer activations
- Manage budget allocation across projects to hit country goals
- Cultivate and strengthen loyal customer base; expand loyalty program and reduce inactivity/churn
- Develop commercial plans and actions to optimize customer behavior and ROI
- Analyze customer data and share insights with stakeholdersEnsure flawless in‐store visual merchandising and maximize conversion
- Develop in‐store activations for key promotional periods

Responsabilità
- 10+ years of experience in marketing
- at least 5 years of experience in a leadership role
