Experteer Overview As an Operations Team Leader, you will steer daily production and packaging, ensuring on-time schedules and adherence to quality, EHS, and financial targets. You will partner with cross-functional teams to deliver plant results and foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement. Your leadership will develop operators through training, coaching, and delegation while embedding FP&R; programs and cost-reduction initiatives. This role offers impact across production performance, employee relations, and supply chain alignment in a globally recognized consumer goods company.
