Experteer Overview In this role you drive QHSE excellence for ANDRITZ Novimpianti's global operations in drying technology for paper and board. You will establish and maintain robust QHSE management systems, ensure regulatory compliance, and lead a cross‐functional team to improve safety, health, and environmental performance. You'll engage stakeholders, coordinate audits and trainings, and support R&D; projects with QHSE considerations. This position offers a global scope with travel to connect with industry partners and drive continuous improvement.
Retribuzione / Benefits Establish, implement and maintain QHSE management systems (ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO50001)
Monitor system performance and identify improvement opportunities
Analyze and close internal and external nonconformities




Lead the QHSE team and coordinate workload and activities
Align roles and responsibilities across the team with HR and global definitions
Develop and deliver regular QHSE training and awareness programs
Provide functional QHSE expertise across the organization
Support R&D; projects to integrate QHSE considerations
Coordinate preparation and delivery of required QHSE documents
Engage internal/external stakeholders and participate in audits and inspections
Foster QHSE compliance with legal regulations and ANDRITZ Group standards
