Experteer Overview As Technical Project Manager, you will lead Control and Automation projects across Italy and East Med, ensuring delivery aligned with company standards and project objectives. You play a pivotal role in achieving customer satisfaction and strong financial performance while maintaining technical excellence. You will collaborate with cross‐functional teams to manage scope, risks, and execution, shaping successful outcomes for high‐level automation solutions. This role offers impact through orchestration of complex projects and continuous improvement in delivery. Retribuzione / Benefits Lead projects in Italy & East Med from opportunity to delivery, owning scope, resources, execution, and delivery to meet technical and contractual objectives Ensure delivery aligns with scope while optimizing costs and timelines; manage execution plans, planning, cost estimation, risks & opportunities, and customer communication Coordinate technical activities for smaller projects (Maintain project financial performance through monthly reviews, cost tracking, invoicing, collections,
change orders, and contract negotiations Establish and manage customer relationships, proactively addressing issues and coordinating with necessary departments Collaborate with Engineering, Sourcing, Proposal & Estimation, Manufacturing, and Lifecycle Solutions & Services to resolve issues, ensure quality, validate estimates, optimize execution, and maximize service opportunities Responsabilità Degree in Engineering or equivalent 7+ years of technical automation and control experience 5+ years in project management Proven EPC contract management experience ICSS and/or TSI experience is a plus Strong knowledge of project operations and financial processes (cost control, risk management, performance monitoring) Excellent leadership and communication skills Problem solving and continuous improvement mindset Proficiency with digital tools and MS Office Fluent in Italian and good level of Engli
