Experteer Overview As a Project Success Manager at Soldo, you drive customer value realisation from onboarding through adoption and measurable outcomes. You lead cross-functional, multi-month implementation projects in B2 B Saa S, ensuring successful ramp-up and business impact. You collaborate with Onboarding Specialists and commercial teams to align delivery with customer goals, translating technology into operational success. This role offers a chance to shape adoption at scale within a fast-growing fintech-friendly environment. Retribuzione / Benefits Lead and deliver customer implementation and adoption projects, ensuring successful ramp-up and value realisation Coordinate with Onboarding Specialists and commercial teams to secure a smooth start and continued engagement Drive adoption and measurable outcomes over 6–12 months post-activation Collaborate with Account Executives or CSMs to manage commercial relationships and expansion opportunities Coordinate multiple stakeholders and cross-functional work streams,



maintaining accountability and progress Apply change management and adoption methodologies to ensure technology delivers business value Analyse data to track value realisation metrics and progress toward milestones Responsabilità Proven experience in customer-facing project delivery within a B2 B Saa S environment Strong track record leading multi-month adoption or rollout projects (mid-market or enterprise) Ability to coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders and drive accountability Solid understanding of change management and adoption methodologies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and track value realisation Excellent relationship-building and communication skills with senior stakeholders (e.g., Finance Directors, CFOs) Highly organised, process-oriented, and capable of managing timelines and milestones Experience using CRM and project management tools (e.g., Salesforce, Asana) to track progress Requisiti fo
