Experteer Overview In this Regional Sales Manager role you drive bookings growth in North Italy by building a scalable territory for OPSWAT's cybersecurity platforms. You act as a hunter, forging strategic relationships with enterprise customers and leveraging channel partners to land new logos. You work cross-functionally with sales engineers, SDRs, and channels to craft value-driven, ROI-focused propositions. The role combines strategic account planning with hands-on execution to exceed multi-million-dollar quotas and expand our footprint in critical infrastructure markets. Retribuzione / Benefits Strategically target high-value opportunities in key verticals to fuel growth Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed quotas for OPSWAT products and services Communicate compelling value propositions tailored to client needs Engage in solution-based selling with a hunter mindset to win enterprise deals Articulate ROI/TCO and guide customers through negotiations to closure Maintain complete account and opportunity data in Salesforce and track win plans Forecast revenue and report progress to management Achieve and surpass annual quota targets Build relationships within target accounts and coordinate with internal resources Travel as required to assigned accounts and company meetings Responsabilità Minimum 3 years of selling technology products and solutions to businesses Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent experience Track record selling complex solutions directly to enterprise customers and through Channel/SI Partners Strong negotiation and presentation skills with ability to engage C-level executives Demonstrated ability to uncover, qualify, develop, and close new accounts Ability to work with minimal oversight in a sometimes ambiguous environment Fundamental understanding of security threats, solutions, and tools Excellent time management and high autonomy Highly competitive, adaptable, and focused on exceeding sales goals Willingness to tr
