Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate, detail‐oriented specialist to work on‐site in Sofia, Bulgaria, supporting Italian‐speaking players and partners for a leading gaming enterprise. Your Italian language expertise and administrative precision will ensure a flawless experience for customers and comply with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Process and manage back‐office administrative tasks related to player accounts, game registrations, and gaming platform operations, communicating fluently in Italian.
Review, verify, and action player account requests including identity verification, premio allocations, and gaming activity documentation in full compliance with regulations.




Monitor and investigate gaming transactions, flag irregularities, potential fraud, or policy breaches, and elevate cases to compliance or security teams.
Coordinate with front‐line support to resolve complex Italian‐language player queries requiring back‐office investigation.
Maintain accurate records within gaming CRM and management systems, ensuring data integrity across all player accounts.
Support implementation and quality review of localized Italian gaming content, promotions, and communications.
Collaborate with compliance, payments, and esports operations to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Prepare regular reports and operational summaries for leadership, highlighting trends, volume metrics, and performance indicators.
