Experteer Overview As Account Executive for North & North-Central Italy, you will drive the full sales cycle for education clients, from pipeline to closing. You'll engage universities, research centers, and schools to positioned Salesforce as the backbone for the Campus of the Future and digital transformation. Your work will influence strategic partnerships, revenue growth, and customer success across a high-impact education market. This role offers the chance to lead cross-functional teams and shape innovative education solutions that scale. You'll join a values-driven culture that leverages AI to accelerate outcomes.
Retribuzione / Benefits Drive pipeline generation and manage opportunities across the full sales cycle
Develop and grow existing accounts, contracts, and installed footprint
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in Education
Acquire net new customers within the Education sector




Build and execute a territory and account strategy to maximize long-term value
Lead and orchestrate an extended team (Pre-Sales, Marketing, Partners, Professional Services)
Deliver accurate forecasting and revenue performance
Represent and promote Salesforce vision through customer engagements, executive briefings, events, and product demonstrations
Responsabilità Proven track record selling enterprise software or technology solutions to Education C-level executives
Strong Education Sector experience in North and North-Central Italy
6+ years of quota-carrying software/tech sales experience
Demonstrated ability in account planning, complex deal management, and virtual team leadership
Passion for innovation, digital transformation, and customer success
