Experteer Overview In this role you drive reliable, efficient facility infrastructure and production equipment within a manufacturing setting. You lead the maintenance team to minimize downtime while ensuring safety, environmental, and regulatory compliance. You will orchestrate capital and facility improvements, collaborating across teams to advance operational excellence and sustainability goals. This position offers hands‐on impact on building systems, utilities, and production lines within a global healthcare context. Retribuzione / Benefits Lead, coach, and develop the maintenance team to sustain high performance Plan and supervise maintenance activities ensuring safety and quality standards Oversee maintenance of facility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, structural) and utilities Develop and drive a preventive maintenance program to minimize production downtime Manage repairs on plant equipment (wastewater treatment, filling lines, osmosis, printing, air handling)



Schedule inspections and document repair records per SOPs Plan and execute facility improvement projects (renovations, expansions, equipment installations) Coordinate with contractors and vendors to deliver projects on time and within budget Ensure compliance with local/state/federal codes and EHS guidelines Prepare and manage facility budgets, track expenses, report on cost‐saving initiatives Maintain documentation of facility operations and progress Identify opportunities to enhance energy efficiency and sustainability Responsabilità Bachelor's Degree in Engineering General Proven experience in facility and maintenance engineering within a manufacturing environment Experience leading a maintenance team and managing projects Experience with Capital Improvement projects Experience with EPA, OSHA, FDA, and MDSAP regulations Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities LEAN methodologies experience Effective communication and collaboration skills Fluent English speaking Ability to manage multipl
