Experteer Overview As Lead Engineer in our Trigoria data center, you will guide the on‐site Technical Operations team and vendors to operate and maintain the facility safely, within SLA and with minimal risk. You will drive incident and maintenance management using CMMS, coordinating with Site Engineers and external specialists as needed. This role balances hands‐on technical leadership with strict adherence to safety, regulatory standards, and site procedures. You will act as a key liaison to clients and internal teams, shaping efficient incident response and preventive maintenance. This is a pivotal position for maintaining high reliability while supporting Digital Realty's global data center platform and 고객 Retribuzione / Benefits Lead day‐to‐day operations of the Technical Operations Site Team and coordinate with vendors Oversee on‐site works, safety protocols,



and permit systems Manage incident reporting and response using CMMS; coordinate with Site Engineers and third‐party specialists Supervise planned and reactive maintenance of building services infrastructure Operate as HV Authorized Person for safe isolations and permits to work Monitor SLA compliance and communicate with client representatives Oversee inductions and minor works with Specialist Service Contractors under planning team Provide cross‐team support including communication, technical information, and coverage for holidays/sick leave Responsabilità Strong experience in mission‐critical mechanical & electrical environments Experience in data centers or similar environment Knowledge of UPS, Generators, and Cooling systems Formal electrical training (City and Guilds etc.) Experience operating critical building infrastructure (Electrical, Mechanical, Building Fabric) ITIL and/or Service Now experience preferred but not essential Strong communication and presentation skills Decision‐making under risk, organized, detail‐oriented Adaptable, proactive, and able to delegate when appropriate Fluent in Ita
