Experteer Overview As Lead, Portfolio and Performance Analytics, you will establish and guide the CUO Office for Continental Europe, building robust analytical frameworks and performance dashboards. You will influence underwriting strategies with data-driven insights and support portfolio optimization across Sompo's commercial operations in Europe. Your work will drive risk-aware decision-making, capital efficiency, and scalable analytics in a dynamic, globally connected environment. This role offers a chance to shape a central analytics function from the ground up and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable value. Retribuzione / Benefits Evaluate underwriting performance and profitability trends to drive growth Refine risk appetite and monitor execution against targets Analyze risk accumulation across perils and geographies; integrate data into capital modeling Conduct catastrophe loss scenarios and support stress testing and reinsurance decisions Collaborate with pricing to assess rate adequacy and recommend actions Develop predictive models to support underwriting automation and decision-making Create executive dashboards and automate metric reporting Provide exposure and performance data for reinsurance strategy decisions Support regulatory filings and align portfolio decisions with capital efficiency Pilot AI models and drive digitization of portfolio management processes Responsabilità 5-10 years of experience in commercial insurance focusing on large corporate portfolios Strong knowledge of underwriting principles, risk aggregation, catastrophe modeling, and reinsurance Proficiency in data analytics tools and predictive modeling (Python or R) Experience with regulatory compliance (Solvency II, NAIC) and capital modeling Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills Innovative mindset with a track record of leveraging technology and analytics for portfolio optimization Requisiti fondamentali Expansive Health & Wellness Benef
