Experteer Italy is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead commercial management on a flagship hyperscale data centre project in Milan. You will oversee procurement, cost control, and client relations, ensuring commercial success throughout the project lifecycle.
With over 7 years of experience in Quantity Surveying, preferably with a Main Contractor, you'll manage subcontract packages and communicate with stakeholders effectively. A competitive salary and benefits package are offered, including accommodation and a net living allowance.
