Experteer Overview In this role you drive the delivery of automation projects in intralogistics, ensuring scope, quality, and budget adherence. You will lead project meetings and coordinate with customers from contract signing to acceptance. You manage schedules, communicate with suppliers, and monitor the budget, while aligning with HSE and legislative requirements. You work with cross‐functional teams to mitigate risks and report on project progress. This is an opportunity to shape complex automation projects at scale within a global leader. and schedule constraints Lead project team meetings and steering committee discussions Communicate with customers from contract signing to acceptance Prepare and maintain project schedules and forecasts Negotiate and communicate with suppliers Ensure safety and regulatory compliance with HSE requirements Provide monthly short‐term forecast updates Monitor and manage the overall project budget and escalates issues Prepare project review reports with project controlling support Conduct risk and opportunity management with mitigation actions Responsabilità Previous experience in a similar role IT literate with MS Office Confident communicator with internal and external stakeholders Knowledge of CAD/technical drawings Competence in risk assessment and risk management Analytical and problem‐solving abilities Ability to plan, organize and document multiple activities Good conflict management skills Advanced written and spoken English Availability for travel in Italy up to 50% #J-18808-Ljbffr
