Experteer Overview As Associate Engineering Manager, you will lead a 5–8 engineer team to build scalable financial technology solutions that support Italian businesses. You will translate product goals into a technical plan, drive delivery, and collaborate with product, design, and other engineering teams. You'll hire, mentor, and grow engineers while communicating progress and risks to leadership. This role combines people leadership with hands‐on delivery in a fast‐evolving, regulated fintech environment. You'll help shape Satispay's technical roadmap and cross‐functional impact.
