The Moleskine Foundation is an international non-profit organization that believes creativity is a powerful force for social transformation. Through its programs, partnerships, and global community, the Foundation supports creative changemakers and contributes to building a more just, inclusive, and imaginative future.

We are looking for a Strategy Manager to join our team on a 6-month maternity cover contract. This role sits at the intersection of partnership management, strategic coordination, and special projects, working closely with the CEO and collaborating across the Foundation’s team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys combining relationship-building, project management, and strategic thinking in a mission-driven environment.

Contract Details
• Fixed-term maternity cover (6 months)
• Preferred start date: September 2026 (or earlier for handover)
• Location: Preferably Milan, Italy (hybrid working)
• Remote candidates may be considered for exceptional profiles

The Role




The Strategy Manager will support the Foundation in maintaining strong relationships with institutional partners, coordinating cross-functional learning and impact processes, and advancing strategic projects led by the CEO. The role combines external stakeholder engagement with internal coordination and requires someone who is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable operating across multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Engagement & Stewardship
- Coordinate and manage communications with institutional partners and key stakeholders.
- Organize partner meetings, including scheduling, invitations, preparation of materials, and follow-up.
- Draft and distribute periodic partner updates and communications.
- Support the CEO in the cultivation of prospective partners and follow-up of new partnership opportunities.
- Maintain partner information, commitments, and engagement tracking systems.
- Coordinate the development and production of the annual Creativity
