A unique opportunity has opened up to join Stryker as a Senior Regional Sales Manager within our Endoscopy division, leading the Sports Medicine business across Northern Italy.

The Role
As Senior Regional Sales Manager, you will lead and develop a team across Northern Italy, overseeing both direct resources and indirect sales channels while driving commercial excellence and sustainable growth.
Reporting directly to the Business Unit Manager, you will be responsible for delivering sales performance, developing talent, strengthening strategic customer relationships, and ensuring operational excellence across the region.
This is a highly visible leadership role requiring a strong balance of commercial acumen, coaching capability, strategic thinking, and hands‑on field leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team across Northern Italy
- Drive regional business performance against quarterly and annual targets
- Build and execute strategic business plans to accelerate growth
- Develop strong partnerships with key stakeholders within hospitals and healthcare systems
- Lead complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and decision-makers
- Ensure accurate forecasting and sustainable pipeline development
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure an excellent customer experience and smooth Order-to-Cash processes
- Support and guide indirect sales channels and agents within the region
