Candidates must have a solid background in executing complex cross‐border M&A; transactions and will play a key role in managing deals across their full lifecycle – from origination to closing – in business areas core to Essilor Luxottica: eyewear, iconic brands, fashion, luxury, sport, wholesale, retail, e‐commerce, technology, software, R&D;, smart glasses and wearables, and medtech. Based in Milan. Main responsibilities Monitor market trends and identify potential strategic opportunities Support negotiation phases and structuring of transactions Support and lead the execution of M&A; transactions (majority / minority, mergers, carve‐outs, etc.) Perform financial analysis, valuation modelling (DCF, trading & transaction comparables) Coordinate due diligence across external advisors (financial, legal, tax, commercial, etc.) and internal members of busines
