Summary of the position: The Product Management & Catalog Manager is responsible for leading and empowering Product Management and Catalog to deliver strategic execution, product profitability, and accurate, customer-focused catalog data. This role ensures seamless integration between product strategy and catalog accuracy, enabling sales growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Strategic Execution & Leadership Translate organizational objectives into actionable product and marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and market leadership. Lead, mentor, and develop Product Managers and Catalog Analysts, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement through clear goals and performance expectations. Encourage cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, operations, and global COE teams. Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across regions and functions. Product Management Oversight Guide Product Managers in aligning product strategies with organizational objectives and market requirements.



Oversee product lifecycle management from concept to launch and post-launch optimization. Ensure product roadmaps are executed effectively, addressing underperformance and identifying growth opportunities. Support customer engagement through product training, insights, and performance analysis. Catalog Management Oversight Direct Catalog Analysts in maintaining accurate, comprehensive, and customer-friendly product catalog data. Ensure catalog content supports sales, marketing, and customer experience initiatives. Oversee catalog updates related to product launches, lifecycle changes, and market adaptations. Drive improvements in catalog systems, processes, and data governance in collaboration with global COE. Collaboration & Communication Act as a key liaison between product management, catalog teams, and other business units. Participate in monthly BU/COE meetings to review KPIs, action plans, and opportunities. C
