General Services and Post Office Assistant - Milan
Area of activity: Internal Functions
Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati , a leading professional firm in tax and legal consultancy, is seeking a General Services and Post Office Assistant for its Milan office.
The successful candidate, who will join the team, will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Sorting mail and parcels
- Running errands to purchase supplies
- Posting and collecting mail from the Post Office and/or couriers
- Filing documents with the Revenue Agency
- General secretarial and filing duties
- Other tasks as required by the various departments.

Requirements:
- A strong aptitude for precision and punctuality
- Technical diploma and/or equivalent




- Experience using a PC and Microsoft Office
- Good interpersonal skills.
