Experteer Overview You will shape and steer Vishay's R&D; program by defining and applying strategy, budgets, and processes. You'll coordinate projects from research to product pre‐industrialization, align with tech trends, and represent R&D; externally. You'll apply scientific methods, analyze results, and guide lab staff, driving impactful, evidence‐based decisions. This role offers scope to influence product development and technological direction within a collaborative, cross‐functional setting. Lead identification and consolidation of R&D; projects aligned with technological trends and development plans Coordinate research, development, and pre‐industrialization of products Represent Vishay's R&D; competence externally to customers, partners, and stakeholders Apply scientific methods and tools to execute workstreams (test and trial series) Conduct specialized calculations, interpret results, contribute to discussions Maintain functionality and calibration of specialized research/lab equipment, support project manager Create fact‐based reports on test results; advise on next steps Provide guidance to lab staff; oversee lab processes and transactions Perform independent judgement on subjects relevant to the process #J-18808-Ljbffr
