About the Role We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our Paperboard Commodity and Food Packaging Board commercial activities across Italy. This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial leader with strong industry knowledge, a proactive sales approach, and a solid network within the printing, converting, and packaging merchant sectors. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the sales strategy for Paperboard, FBB, and food packaging grades within Italy. Drive revenue growth across key accounts and strategic customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with carton converters, merchants/distributors and brand owners.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in adjacent segments such as FMCG and food service packaging. Lead pricing, volume, and service‐level negotiations. Monitor market trends, customer activity, and competitor developments. Collaborate with regional and global APP teams to ensure best‐in‐class customer support. Provide accurate sales forecasts and performance reporting to senior leadership. Requirements Minimum 4–6 years of sales experience in paperboard, folding carton, packaging board, or other adjacent industries. Preference for an established network of customers in Italy, especially within converting and food packaging. Strong understanding of EU food‐contact packaging regulations. Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and account management skills. Self‐motivated, able to work independently, and willing to travel regularly across Italy. Fluency in Italian and English. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, P
