Experteer Overview In this role you will manage the technical delivery of one or more redevelopment and refurbishment real estate projects, ensuring they meet budget, time, quality, and safety targets. You will work closely with the Senior Project Manager and cross-functional teams to coordinate permits, feasibility studies, contractor selection, and ESG-aligned execution. Your focus is on delivering high-quality buildings while optimizing energy efficiency and sustainability. energy efficiency and sustainability targets Implement operational procedures aligned with technical and energy-saving regulations Evaluate technologies, plant building, and space planning changes Ensure ESG alignment and sustainability targets are met Conduct market research to select contractors and manage phase-wise coordination Maintain accurate project documentation including contracts, change orders, and reports Ensure regulatory and standard compliance across projects Deliver project outcomes that meet or exceed client expectations Responsabilità Degree in Engineering >5 years of experience in Real Estate technical activities including project management Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently Strong organizational and planning skills Basic knowledge of relevant legal and commercial matters Fluency in Italian and English (other languages a plus) #J-18808-Ljbffr
