Experteer Overview In this role you will define and implement supplier quality strategies for subdivision modules, acting as the main quality interface with key suppliers. You will coordinate quality issues, 8 D actions, audits and qualification activities to drive continuous improvement. You'll identify risks and improvement opportunities while collaborating with Purchasing and Operations, with travel as needed. This position supports Vishay's expansion and cross-divisional growth in a high-power/automotive electronics context. Retribuzione / Benefits Manage supplier quality performance and serve as the main quality interface for assigned suppliers (Subdivision Modules) Coordinate supplier quality issues, non-conformities and 8 D corrective actions Oversee supplier qualification, audits, assessments and follow-up improvement plans Identify supplier quality risks,



trends and improvement opportunities Communicate and escalate with suppliers in collaboration with Purchasing and Operations Willingness to travel Responsabilità Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management Engineering, Quality, Industrial, Electrical, Electronic or similar 5+ years of experience in Supplier Quality, preferably Automotive, HV or Power Electronics environments Excellent knowledge of quality standards and methods (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC) Good knowledge of data analysis, problem solving and root cause analysis tools Good attitude in dealing with issues Motivation to master new major challenges Requisiti fondamentali health care coverage financial support programs global opportunities open and collaborative culture #J-18808-Ljbffr
