Experteer Overview In this role you will lead HV grid connection design for renewable projects in Italy, guiding all design stages from concept to energization. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, cost-efficient interconnections and support project procurement, permitting, and site evaluation. You'll engage with clients, suppliers, and authorities (ENEL/TERNA) to progress ICX permits and grid integration. This position offers international exposure and a clear impact on the energy transition. You will shape grid solutions in a high-growth, global company. Retribuzione / Benefits Manage ICX process and optimize HV grid connection design across concept to detailed drawings Prepare BOQ through quantity surveys and budgeting for designs Provide engineering input to site evaluations and characterization Coordinate with internal departments and external consultants to obtain ICX permits, construction,



and energization Represent X-ELIO in meetings and negotiations with clients, suppliers, consultants, utilities and regulatory authorities (ENEL, TERNA) Responsabilità Bachelor in Electrical Engineering Minimum 8 years in MV/HV electromechanical design of substations and UG/OH lines At least 5 years in HV design and interconnection processes following Italian standards and ENEL/TERNA procedures Proficiency in English and Italian MS Office proficiency ETAP knowledge is a plus Spanish knowledge is a plus Requisiti fondamentali Career development in international environment Yearly bonus based on objectives Hybrid remote work model Additional remote weeks Buoni pasto Meta Salute #J-18808-Ljbffr
