Position Summary
The Technical Implementation Manager will lead internal and external Solution Engineers belonging to the Global Technical Hub delivery team and ensure resource availability to execute the successful configuration and customization during the implementation phase of our solution (PLM: Kubix Link), for our customers, globally. Reporting to the VP Customer Success Kubix Link, the role emphasizes team empowerment, alignment with business priorities and focus on delivering tailored and high-quality solutions to customers in a fast-paced environment.
The role operates in close alignment with the functional delivery leadership, ensuring that technical execution consistently supports their objectives, customer priorities, and overall delivery commitments.
The role is accountable for ensuring that technical execution is fully driven by project delivery priorities and customer requirements, as defined by the functional leadership of each engagement, translating them into reliable, scalable, and high-quality solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership and Team Development
Lead,
mentor, and develop internal technical teams and manage external contractors globally.
Identify training paths and implement buddy programs to foster knowledge sharing and team growth.
Empower the team to develop expertise, ensuring they achieve technical excellence and are equipped to address dynamic challenges.
Resource Availability and Scalability
Ensure consistent resource availability and establish backup strategies to handle peak periods and critical situations.
Oversee the dynamic allocation of resources to meet project demands, balancing internal staff and external contractors.
Governance and Quality Assurance
Establish governance frameworks to maintain quality, consistency, and scalability in technical operations.
Enforce adherence to standardized methodologies (e.g., TODO/TA) to ensure high-quality documentation and execution.
Oversee deliverables to ensure alignment with custo
