Experteer Overview In this role you manage a targeted national accounts portfolio and drive market share across Marriott lodging brands. You partner with buyers to penetrate accounts, leveraging total account management to grow revenue and loyalty. You will execute the overall account strategy, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and support property‐level sales through data‐driven insights. This is a high‐impact position shaping national account growth within a global hospitality leader.
Retribuzione / Benefits Develops and implements the overall account strategy for assigned accounts
Retains and grows account revenue through penetration, margin management, and sales/marketing initiatives
Penetrates accounts for group, transient, extended stay, and catering opportunities
Identifies and solicits new accounts in coordination with Sales/Marketing
Qualifies opportunities and recommends Marriott products aligned to customer needs
Manages account data in Opera Sales and Catering for accurate reporting
Represents all Marriott lodging brands and supports in‐market property needs
Supports data gathering, reporting and tracking functions
Coordinates with Revenue Management to support in‐market strategy
Delivers exemplary customer service to drive satisfaction and loyalty
Responsabilità 2-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HTRM, or related major with 3 years of sales/marketing experience OR 4-year Bachelor in same fields with 2 years of experience
Hospitality sales experience preferred
English language proficiency; local language proficiency as applicable
Total Account Management experience preferred
Knowledge of RFPs, proposals, and traditional industry processes
