Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the preconstruction phase for data centre projects in Milan, coordinating design development, permitting, and procurement strategies to align with budget and schedule. You will act as the main liaison between clients, design teams and internal stakeholders to ensure design intent and risk are managed before construction. You will drive cost planning, value engineering, and risk mitigation to set up a smooth delivery phase. This is a client-facing, impact-driven position within a growing team that values structured planning and cross-functional collaboration.
